DOG POLICY

1. Excessive barking will not be tolerated as it is considered a nuisance to other Tenants.

2. All dogs must be licensed as required by authorities.

3. Dogs must be friendly and not present a danger to persons or property.

4. All dog breeds, or breed mixes, must be approved by Housing Provider.

5. Proof of current vaccination records must be provided prior to dog residing at the Building.

CAT POLICY

1. Proper disposal of cat litter (securely bagged) must be done on a frequent basis. Odors arising from cat litter will not be tolerated.

No other animals are allowed at the Premises.

These rules are to be strictly observed and will be enforced by Housing Provider. Housing Provider reserves the right to make other such reasonable rules as shall, in the judgment of Housing Provider from time to time become necessary to protect the safety, care and cleanliness of the premises and for the preservation of good order therein.

Tenant must pay an additional rent of $ 50 , per month per dog and $50, per month per cat for the term of Tenant's animal ownership at the Building. The security deposit will be retained until move-out or until the Housing Provider inspects Unit and agrees otherwise. The addition to the security deposit may be used for any purpose allowed by law, whether or not related to the animal. Tenant understands a animal scan of carpet upon move-out may be charged and damages to the carpeting will be at the Tenant's expense.
